VA FINANCING SEMINARS:

I'm offering these complimentary and informative seminars to any military organization that would like to schedule one. They run about 45 minutes - to 1 hour. I'll give an overview of what the benefits, features and entitlements are for doing a VA loan. Afterwards, I'll answer any questions that people may have. I can also take applications on the spot, run credit, and give immediate same day loan decisions.

VACATION GIVEAWAY:

Similar to Operation R&R, where vacation properties are donated to returning deployed service men and women, we own timeshare and will hold a drawing once a year for a mini vacation getaway. One entry per closed loan generated through either above efforts to qualify. Since there are many destinations to choose from, it will be TBD per winner.
